“Remote First” Support Strategy
Read MoreIn order to help ensure the safety of our staff and our community, School of Medicine IT is currently responding to support requests in a way that reduces the risk of exposure to COVID-19 as much as possible. During this time, we will operate with a “remote first” strategy, meaning we will do everything we can to meet your needs remotely.
School of Medicine IT has access to a wide range of remote support tools and often has more capabilities to help through these tools than we would in a face to face setting. If we have exhausted our remote support options, we will do everything we can to meet you in your physical location with a scheduled appointment and solve your issue in a more traditional way. However, due to our reduced onsite capacity, a School of Medicine IT staff member may not be immediately available.
Please know that School of Medicine IT is here to help you and that we pride ourselves on our customer service and our ability to solve your technical challenges. We appreciate your patience as we all do our best to navigate these challenging times.
